World of Warcraft Sanguinated Feast Guide

World of Warcraft is a video game filled with endless power struggles, wars, and battles for both supremacy and survival, but even the greatest of warriors need to eat in order to regain strength and recover, preferably right before the next boss pull. In order to make sure that all of you adventurers out there are well fed before your next battle, we will be teaching you how to create a Sanguinated Feast, because whether you are destined for victory, or you are about to die because you stood in fire and refused to move in order to max out your DPS, there is no reason to do either of those things on an empty stomach.

Sanguinated Feast is one of the many recipes which players who have obtained cooking as their secondary profession can learn to create but in order to do so, there are a couple of things that they need to accomplish before they can start stirring the pot.

The first thing that all of you aspiring chefs need to do is raise your cooking skill to at least 125 which can be done by cooking lesser dishes which can be taught to you by your faction’s local cooking trainers. Once you have reached the 125 point mark, you can simply go to the Battle for Azeroth Cooking trainer,  T’sarah the Royal Chef in Dazar’alor for the Horde and Cap’n” Byron Mehlsack who is located in Boralus at the Tradewinds Market for the Alliance and purchase the Rank 1 Sanguinated Feast Recipe. The best part is that you don’t have to worry about any of them burning your priceless ingredient, unlike a certain Pandaren chef in Dalaran.

Although learning the recipe itself is a huge step forward, you are not ready to start preparing the feast yet, because, for every dish, there are various ingredients that you need to collect before you can start mixing them into a delicious meal. Below you will find the list of ingredients that are required to create a Sanguinated Feast as well as how to obtain every single one of them. Keep in mind that as you rank up your recipe, the number of ingredients needed will decrease.

Ingredients needed for the Sanguinated Feast Rank 1:

Stringy Loins – 20

Meaty Haunch – 20

Fresh Potato – 30

Aromatic Fish Oil – 20

Sanguicell – 20

Stringy Loins

Stringy Loins can be obtained by killing and looting various wild animals which are commonly found in most of the regions of Kul Tiras and Zandalar. Among these creatures are Sevriss, the serpent creatures which can be found in Vol’dun and  Greenstalkers which are native to Drustvar.
Meaty Haunch

This ingredient is more common than Stringy Loins and can be obtained by hunting the local wildlife such as Alpacas of Vol’dun and Alpine Goats of Drustvar.
Fresh Potato

Fresh potatoes are very common, in fact, they are so easily obtainable that any player can purchase them from any Cooking supplies vendors such as Akunda the Cook who can be found in Vol’dun and Androk who hangs around Stormsong Valley. A stack of ten fresh potatoes will cost you 2 gold and 50 silver.
Aromatic Fish Oil

This particular ingredient can be purchased in very limited supplies from traders like Koatini but since you will be preparing large feasts, small suppliers just won’t do. The best source of aromatic fish oil would be the fish themselves such as Slimy Mackerels or Sand Shifters which can be purchased on the auction house. Alternatively, you can go and catch the fish yourself if your fishing skill is high enough.

Sanguicell is a very rare ingredient which can only be looted from all of the seven bosses within the Uldir Raid. Once it gets picked up by a player, Sanguicell becomes soulbound and can’t be traded or sold. It can be also crafted Enchanters, Tailors, and wielders of other professions by spending one Breath of Bwonsamdi and additional ten rare reagents which differ depending on the profession.

Now that you have all of the necessary skills and ingredients, you can create a Sanguinated Feast which when eaten will restore 166257 health to the player over 20 seconds. If the player remains seated for at least 10 seconds while eating, the feast will also grant the player with a Well Fed buff which will increase the player’s primary stat by 100 for the duration of one hour.

Sanguinated Feast can be further perfected to Rank 2 and Rank 3 which will decrease the number of ingredients it takes to create one.

Rank 2 recipe requires the player to obtain Exalted reputation with the Tortollan Seekers and can be purchased from Collector Kojo for 1900 gold at either Zuldazar or Stormsong Valley, depending on your faction.

Rank 3 recipe can be randomly acquired from the Tortollan Seekers Supplies box which is a chest awarded for completing four Emissary quests for the Tortollan Seekers faction.
