Today Blizzard posted new hotfixes for February 24th. Some of these changes will take place after the regional weekly reset, while some will take effect immediately. These changed address Coalescing Vision gain, by increasing the amount you get weekly, increasing Horrific Visions you can go. Some Class balance changes are also happening in this hotfix.…
